More dimulus advice from the Pun Butcherer of Brooklyn.

First, back in February, he mocked your spending fears. Then, with maybe his worst wordplay ever, he begged you to go shopping and "pledge allegiance to the bag." Now, just a month later, he's reversed himself, and seems to be advocating frugality, though..not really? Here's a tip, Kenny: puns and poorness don't really strike the right tone (scanned from today's New York Post).
