(click images) Today, in front of the 'Motherland" monument in Kiev, the racktivists gave a stirring 12-gun salute to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. From their press release (badly translated):
"Dear World War II veterans, in particular, women veterans, fascinated by your deeds, your beauty, your strength of spirit! Often present themselves in your place: on-site caring nurse, a cold-blooded snipers, fearless partisan, Tireless Worker in the rear. More than anything, I would like to at least somewhat resemble you in their thoughts, actions, aspirations. Promise struggling harrowing home, both from external as well as from domestic enemies. Thank you for your example of how to deal with the science of how to win!"
