No, it was the Bucharest office of BBDO that banged out this badly Photoshopped aspirin-capping of Iceland's ash-belching volcano for their client Bayer. According to the press note, it was placed in travel magazines and on billboards on the way to local airports. Previously: Iceland Air's ironic ash-face man NYC subway poster.
