Ad agency: Y&R, Puerto Rico. Reminiscent of this crazy Samsung campaign via Bangkok. Related: Bill Gates as a disembodied penis.

My sister told me that there's a TV ad in Puerto Rico using the disembodied heads. A girl's woken up by her phone. She picks it up. It's her boyfriend's head. It'd be great if you could find and post it!
