Feels about right. Except the "What the Client Actually Wanted" visual should have been an aardvark, or something else not even remotely close to a tree swing.

I'm pretty sure this was around much earlier, and was originally used to describe software development.
even earlier - it was used to describe hardware engineering projects...

Ah. That explains the "Operations" panel, which makes no sense for advertising.
