(click image, via reddit)He's working on a graphic novel called Shitler. He's actually more of a mash-up of Hipster Hitler and Hipster Himmler. Is that Brazil? Maybe he's one of the Boys from Brazil? Related: 19 ads with Hitler in them selling everything from tea to eggs to deodorant.

I don't think it's Brazil, as it says "Bienvenidos" (Welcome). That's Spanish, in Portuguese is "Bem-vindos".

Well, there's always the possibility that the little bastard was at his Spanish class in Brazil. I think clones actually can be bilingual.
I don't know, it's a bit of a stretch, if you squint your eyes, don't you see more of a 'Hipster Hirohito,' the 124th Emperor of Japan according to the traditional order, reigning from December 25, 1926, until his death in 1989.

Anonymous you are right, I'm pretty sure it is the univeristy in Monterrey because a friend from that Uni posted a different picture of this guy to facebook.
