What the Hell is Bill Clinton doing in this ad?

(click ad, via MultiCultClassics) Did he mistakenly sign a release form for Chicago Corporate Photography? Does anyone consider this a good photo of Bill? Maybe CCP is sarcastically mocking his hideous jacket? ??? Related: the Axe Effect turns Hillary Clinton into an Obama supporter.

I don't know, but I do know I am now OFFICIALLY BORED of the desaturated / high pass filter post production style now. The lack of skin tone is making everyone in adverts look unhealthy. Can we have a new aesthetic gimmick please.
