The language seems almost apologetic... like they should tell you where to find some.
Elsewhere, 'n' (with apostrophes, not quotes) is short for "and," as in "rock 'n' roll."
I'm still baffled, but I feel that's somehow a clue as to the source of the error...
Dang, Cath, you’re right. In fact, ‘N’o could be a contraction of ‘into’, making this message a secret druggie signal indicating that this is a ‘cool’ place to smoke their ‘tea’. Dag-nabbed teenagers and their bebop lingo.
