This video via International Alert is from September, but just started showing up on ad blogs last week. It's a nice simple idea, buuut the "Words" man shouldn't have been angry, he should have been peaceful and serene, right? I wish I could shout people in the face with bullets.

You're right, the words man should be calm and soft speaking to make this work even better.
Agreed on the Words Man should've been calm. That Massive Attack track is timeless. Great concept.
I should like to note that the bullets are still in their fucking shells.
