  2. I saw "WOLF" as soon as I looked at the thumbnail, even without the other words as context.

'Ranter, get your eyes checked. Maybe it's time for bifocals ;)

  3. “A gentleman is simply a patient wolf.”
    - Lana Turner, American film actress known for her glamorous looks and sexual allure, 1920-1995.

    Another of her quotes:
“A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man.”

    And speaking of wolves:

“Fear makes the wolf bigger than he is.”
    - German Proverb

“If you call one wolf, you invite the pack”
    - Bulgarian Proverb quotes

“For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack”
    - Rudyard Kipling, English short-story writer, poet, and novelist. Nobel Prize(1907), 1865-1936.

    etc., etc.

  4. I think you can stop at the word "patient", and realize they're talking about lip and throat cancer.

  5. It should be read: "A gentleman is just a [lung cancer] patient."

The smoke looking like letters is just a coincidence.
