It took a few seconds, but I'm guessing "WOLF."
I saw "WOLF" as soon as I looked at the thumbnail, even without the other words as context.
'Ranter, get your eyes checked. Maybe it's time for bifocals ;)

It should be read: "A gentleman is just a [lung cancer] patient."
