The one in the lower left-hand corner is the most disturbing. Why is a little cartoon girl (or is she a cartoon kitten?) fondling a smiling condom wearing schlong?
These are all based on common Japanese candy or food packaging. Kit Kat is familiar, but also featured are...
Milky
Chocolate peanut
Koala no March
There's something wonderfully meta about going to the adme.ru site and looking at all those Cyrillic comments on all that Kanji-labeled packaging.
Cute (or kawaii/可愛い) is part of advertising to adults in Japan, it's just a different cultural idea about age-appropriateness of cartoony stuff… there's a giant corporate building (I think it was a health insurance company) in Tokyo that's basically covered in a giant neon cartoon elephant, and it seemed like that had enough gravitas for a big company.
Unthinkable in Europe/USA, but pretty normal there.
I can't really comment on the disturbing girl mentioned by HVS - but I'd stop short of assuming it was an endorsement of pedophillia.
