But if not, look at what skin-phobic Middle Easterners did to our beloved Sarah Michelle Gellar and Linda Cardinelli on the ad poster image for the 2002 film classic. Why not just put a robe on Scooby while you were at it (images via)? Related: two ads via Dubai (one, two) that are highly insulting to women.

i love how you can totally still see the pleats in velma's skirt too. nice photoshops there, guys.
All in all, that's one of the better hack jobs I've seen in a while. They even bothered with a little bit of shadow.
Where are the 'hijabs' (scarfs) for the girls, skull caps for the boys and the leash strategically placed on Scooby's private DOO???
So what did they do with the actual film? Those are the costumes they wear in the movie. Did they CGI a skirt onto SMG?
