1964: a letter from the marketing manager of Campbell's soup to Andy Warhol.

(click letter, via) Very sweet missive, though Mr. MacFarland was obviously, passive-aggressively, looking for Andy to send him a print of his 32 cans piece. The least Warhol could've done was piss on the letter, photograph it, silkscreen it, and mail it back to the man. related: TDK shot Andy Warhol.
