Fake Dog Shit-vertising of the Week.
(click image, via) Via the Italian city of Scaldasole, ambient parquet floor street installations chiding dog-walkers to clean up after their shitting pooches. Milan ad agency Wunderman/Y&R placed these fake shit marred flooring sections at several key spots around the city. I wonder how many pooches then shat next to the fake shit? And how many owners then left it there? My hope? Many. Note: use a readable typeface next time, over-designing art directors. Previously in Fake ShitVertising: MTV Argentina • Belgian's radio station's fake cow pie cushy shit seats.

Looks like a TYPICAL ad agency visual to win an award as opposed to an 'actual' ad. Why's it in English? How many did they actually place? A piece of ply like that will just trip/slip people up, he said with his Health & Safety head on. An utter load of balls (and definitely NOT the "dog's bollocks" as we say in Blighty).
I'm sure the board was translated to English for publicity purposes. Everything else you say, I agree with completely.
These must have really pissed off the local flies and other vermin.
I wonder what the person to dog ratio is in this comune, with a population of over 900, just outside of Milan, to warrant this campaign?
Please, do not mix up MTV Argentina and MTV Brazil. Thanks. :)
Sorry, my memory is going.
Truly terrible font choice. In the thumbnail, that read like "Your town is your hottie".. what?
