It's a 'loofah', the dried, fibrous part of the loofa fruit, used as a washing sponge or as a filter, also called dishcloth gourd, vegetable sponge.
Sometimes a loofah is just a loofah.
At least she doesn't have the obligatory marital band on her left hand, like in the dick pill ads.
