I don't know what's being advertised. The YouTube poster guesses it's a real estate company. All I can say is...HUGE RACCOON BALLS!! Run away, Little Red Riding Hood, RUN AWAY! Previously in Crazy Japan Ad Week returns:

Not that it diminishes the horror, but that big-balled raccoon thing is a Tanuki, a sort of Japanese fertility spirit.
Over there it's as innocuous as a kitchen witch. What a difference several thousand miles of ocean makes.
And yes, it is selling real estate.

For japanese culture, a big-balled racoon isn't a weird image at all. "Pom poko", an animated movie for kids, tells the story of a bunch of racoons living near Tokyo at woods wich are being devastated for the building of new neibourhoods. Those little animalas try to protect their enviroment using magic - and, at times, their hairy balls...
