Disgusting Nose-picking Billboard.

Yes it's old, from 2010, but I just came across it again this morning. For Interbest Outdoor in The Netherlands. Their stripping fat man billboard from the same campaign got all the recognition, winning CLIO gold and a Cannes Lion this year. But this one has more...take your eyes off the road and die in a fiery auto accident...potential, I think. Ad agency: Y&R Not Just Film, Amsterdam.

cr, you gotta get out more, my man!
I-)
So you are saying this billboard is insidious. Is it more or less insidious than the fat man billboard?
Why "insidious"? -- seems like an arbitrary interpolation.
If I'm reading these right (including the fat man), Interbest is deliberately putting up a disgusting image, and threatening to make it more so unless somebody gives in to the terrorists and places an ad. Even if this makes sense, how are first-time viewers supposed to figure it out as they drive past?
There was a huge debate on this site months ago whether the word insidious should have been used or was used correctly in another post. You are either new to this blog or don't troll it enough, Vance. Ranter got it, and diplomatically avoided answering.
Here's the great debate:
