Not one of the redditors knows (though a couple guessed something to do with Burning Man). The big baby was shot by four different people in the San Francisco/Sausalito area over the last few months. He/She/It has a very tan head. Guess/make obvious Honey I Blew Up The Kid jokes in the comments.

This is called art, bro, but you wouldn't know about it. I mean what the fuck do you know about art in general? It still eludes me how you became a creative director.
Well, slightly more interesting than that, because it's art lost, found, and repurposed -- and we can still speculate about that new purpose.
