Predictions for Amercia in 2011, via a 1911 magazine article.
By one John Elfreth Watkins, Jr., the son of this guy, Here's a few of his big whiffs:
• No cockroaches or rats (bwa HAHA)
• Trains 150 mph (not in oil lobby-controlled America!)
• Everybody will walk 10 miles (got that, Southerners?)
But, he also got a few things right, particular the sending of (cat) pictures around the world.

Bwahahahahaha. No, Americans will be stupider. Actually, that would be the case even 100 years from now. An easy prediction.
Another easy prediction: Copyranter would be long dead.
I'm kinda surprised you wrote predictions and not prognostications, if you know what I mean.
