the video title, "Reklama" is Lithuanian - not that that's where it was made/shown, but that tells you something.
Many of the YouTube comments were in Polish, which is where my guess came from.
Not very sexy or even any good.

Well, I think Polish comments on YT are mere coincidence. This ad was not emitted in Poland, it's not our metro wagon and voice-over at the end sounds like from UK. I think it's UK ad.
Yes, and UK ads are placed all over Europe, in English, all the time.
