Doing this once is harmless (if ineffective). But why did they feel the need to do the same concept three times?
In Utah, the threat of punishment is made of froth, apparently.
I don't think these are terrible.
They're better than every other drunk driving prevention ad we see. Get's the message across and it's not conventional.
