It means AMC is so certain that people are going to watch the show, they gave the marketing jobs to the interns.
since it is his reflection, he may or may not be engaged in breaking apart a relationship that is defined by male and female stereotypes as defined by the mores of the 60s. men ogle women in dinner jackets as they parade by them wearing nothing but their naked fake exteriors. underneath the surface they are tragically broken.

Those are current mannikins as the 1960s ones didn't have breasts like that.
The 1960s ones had that single rounded wedge of plastic at the bust line, not individual tits.
