Isn't it just a woman wearing some kind of laced undershirt?
Probably being a little generous to AA there...
It's of course meant to be a sexual inuendo.
A black man with a prosthetic arm of the wrong skin tone playing a little pocket pool?
Since that's a left hand being put in the pocket, we should also see some part of her body there behind him.

It's a woman wearing a black nylon leotard.
Nice thought, except for it's in the Men's section of the website.
This was up and subsequently yanked from Photoshop Disasters. If you were able to see that original post/shop page you'd see that the second picture of dark body/light hand showed a black seam up the side of the torso. It was, indeed, some sort of black mesh undershirt/leotard doohickey, which is, clearly, inexplicable, but not a photoshop disaster.
