STING LIVE! (sorry)

(via) So this happened, the "world's first ad with live bees." Winery Banrock Station set up this advert in county Devon, UK. Using queen bee pheromones, the billboard attracted 100,000 bees from a local honey farm to form a buzzing SOS for England's dwindling bee population (which has halved in the last 20 years). The bees remained for about an hour. Music is of course Flight Of The Bumblebee. The winery says they will be donating five pence from every bottle sold of a new "Plan Bee" line of wines. Their fundraising target is £45,000 according to The Drinks Business. Looks like Banrock is better at ads than wine.
