If only they had rhombuses...the misses (a first grade teacher) wants nothing to do with diamonds...only rhombuses!
I have a feeling this might be a photoshop from an infamous SomethingAwful article from a while back.
Quite possible, reddit is notorious for posting doctored images without giving away the secret just to see who they can fool.
Update: no, they're a real product.
