No wait, this is the creepiest child sexual abuse ad ever.

(click ad, via)
From 2004, by DDB Belgium.
Headline: "Some memories never fade away."
Wait—haven't we seen this exact same creepy idea, via Germany? Yes we have. Also from 2004. Who had it first? God's record keeper MUST know.

Thank you Copyranter for this revealing and highly suggestive post.

What a great new costume idea for Paisley's next talent show on 'Toddler and Tiaras.'

That last outfit worn, modeled after Julia Roberts' prostitute character in the movie 'Pretty Woman,' caused ME a lot of grief.

what the hell are these ads supposed to DO anyway? make people aware of abuse? try hard hitting stats. make abuse stop? explain signs of abuse and what to do, then...these ads are so sick. it's liek the abusers made them. they sure would like them.

If the copy on the ad above read "Maybe you should get a RealDoll instead" and the ad was Child in Molester's Digest -- then it might make sense. Otherwise, not so much.

Some memories don't fade away for the little girl, but this is not from her p.o.v. - thankfully. So is it the memory of the abuser? I could go on and on and on...
