Is this the most offensive print ad ever produced?
(click ad) It's from 2007, for IP Press (now IP Media Group) hawking their men's titles (which include Belgian mag Ché, which is well known for its over-the-top sexist ads). It is apparently a real b-to-b ad, by the Antwerp office of Duval Guillaume. Ha, back, and to the left (JFK joke). On the offensiveness O-meter, compare it to this Bacardi "ugly girlfriend" promo via Israel, and this racist toothpaste spot via Thailand.
Note: there is nothing new that's interesting out there now, so I'll probably be posting more from recent years today. Send me a tip if you spot something worthy of praise or derision.

Wow...that's stooping pretty low. Even by my standards.
Kim Kardashian's divorce is interesting.
I'm not offended as an American, I'm offended as a copywriter. If you are going to use a historical tragedy as your punchline, you better make sure it's a damn good joke.

Yeah...if you're not.
I think anonymous was being sarcastic, anonymous.
Yes, I was being sarcastic. Jesus Christ. Your blog audience, save a few individuals, has 0 sense of humor.
I countered Anonymous #1's sarcasm with more sarcasm. Can't have enough sarcasm...
While we are on the subject of ads from recent years...
