Is that Don Draper in new London subway safety ads?

(click, sorry only images I could find)
No, this guy has a brown face and a red tie. But he is falling in these Underground posters via the philandering Mayor's office. Think the agency was playing off the supremely popular show? I think so. Snapped by The Idea Factory.

Are you knee jerking or jerking off? Don Draper never wore a red tie. For someone who doesn't like Mad Men, you sure as hell like to talk about the show.

Yes, I mention the red tie. Maybe read the post before you type your boring bile.

People don't wear ties much these days. I find that a bit sad - I used to enjoy seeing tie trends come and go. In the 90s, paisley suddenly went ballistic.

I'd have liked a variant where he gets the tie caught in an escalator and his smooth brown face mashed to a pulp when that step reaches the top.

Also, does it actually say anywhere that the falling guy is Don? I just don't see him as a falling through cityscape kind of guy.

Yes the creator of the show said it is in fact Don.

I spoke to Don and he said it's actually his brother. Don also said that it's not him featured at the start of the show but and everyday adman who forgot to include commission in the media plan.

No, then he would also be on fire. And headless.

Whether one is patient or careful, sometimes accidents are beyond one's control:

(1) A head injury - 8 stitches
(2) Broken hand
(3) Separated shoulder

I suggested Adam and Eve but that went nowhere.

A photo credit would have been appreciated. The images are Creative Commons attribution and the source was pretty clear on Flickr where you found them!

I did not find them on "Flickr". I found them here:

and linked to to it.

Take your issue up with her.

How about a 5th of Scotch? Will that hurt? I think a 'don't drink & attempt any of this' campaign is in order if they are using Don Draper.
