Fine. Here's something I actually like.

Iggy Pop, who was singing punk rock before the Sex Pistols even knew what the hell sex was, is the model for John Varvatos' new campaign (Flash slide show at the site). This is smart. Combine Iggy's weird, head-turning face and the fact that he's rarely been photographed with any clothing on above the waist and, well, the posters just work.

Hmmm... very interesting and profound arguments of why you like this campaign. I guess this same type of intelligent arguments you usually have have for the campaigns you don't like... Keep at it boooooyyyyy!!!

The fact that he looks happy also has something to do with the effect, methinks.

I'd fuck him. Try to make his sinew visually pulse with the racing blood of sexual exertion.

Be a nice change of pace to flabby-assed Pataki.

I like the unintentional effect of the reflection in the plexiglass. At first I thought the ad was transparent.
Anyway, as great as Iggy Pop is, this is still a mindless fashion ad showcasing some decent photograpy.
