That's the most penis heads (L) I've ever seen in an ad. These AIDS prevention ads via France just won a bronze medal at Cannes. The illustrations are wonderful, though the female version is the much more inventive of the two. Compared to Ken Cole's asinine AIDS prevention ads, these are golden. related: Sarah Silverman's leaked World AIDS day song lyrics for a never-produced Gap commercial. (Speaking of Cannes, these ads which I kinda liked won the Grand Prix award in the Press category. And here's my Cannes coverage from 2006.)

I love the creativity and style of the women's one, but I don't appreciate the mouth with "cum" squirting out of it. First of all, gross, and second of all many women don't even let cum in their mouths let alone swallow it. (This is critique to the ad, not you). That kind of image just makes guys even more sure that they can squirt their grossness all over the place without asking first if it's ok to do so.
Thank you for posting those ads though, they are DEFINITELY better than anything I have seen in the U.S. (even though they are very hetero assuming).
So, if these are French, why is the copy in English???

A number of women I know said they found the "girl" ad creepy. Being surrounded by aggressive dicks more resembled what they feared sex would be like in adolescent nightmares than their adolescent desires.
Holy moley, those have got to be the most terrifying advertisements I've EVER SEEN. They're just...I'm going to have nightmares now, and possibly will need some therapy.

The grand prix winners look like total fakes. Double-page spreads for batteries? What a slap in the face of people making real work.
Not only hetero-assuming but also all white. Nonetheless, pretty, interesting, weird, and remind me a bit of a recent South Park episode.
That Illustrator is James Jean. He's awesome. If you get a chance, you should check out his Process Recess books. He also does the covers for the comic Fables and each one is absolutely beautiful.
I think I might even like these more than my previous favorite French AIDS ads:
