Apart from the question of whether a burrito is mainly about meat, I find it strange when burritos are pictured wrapped up in foil. (Chipotle does the same.) Would the same agency show a Dove bar still in its plastic wrapper, with no chocolate visible? Maybe the prospective buyers prefer not to think about the contents?
