Magnificent Vintage Ad of the Week.

(click ad, from the late 19th century, via)
Start with the name: INSTANT PAIN ANNIHILATOR. And look at all the pain Demons (which are numbered!) it annihilated. It even annihilated lurking Death. And, it gave the man healthy, rosy cheeks. Naturally, it contained opium. I want a case. View seven more magnificent vintage ads here.

if i saw the guy in illustration A walking down the street, demons and all attached to his head ... i probably wouldn't think much of it ... if i saw the guy in illustration B heading my way, I'd lock up the kids and beat him with a blunt instrument .... 19th century or no.
