October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And every year, Rethink Breast Cancer in Toronto holds a benefit Boobyball. To promote it, they sent these four women out and about in the city, where they of course received lots of media attention. The press note adds:
"It's exploding on facebook and twitter as well—in part because of Howie Mandel who was simply walking by. He promptly tweeted the idea to 300,000 people." Yes. He was "simply walking by."

Two years ago, Rethink released this bouncy booby video to promote the Ball.
Ad agency CP+B Toronto claims this "medium" has never been used before. Not true. Boob art was used very effectively to sell car insurance in Russia (nsfw) last year. Breasts have also been used very literally to promote ad agency DDB. Previously in: Breast Cancer Awareness ads (some nsfw).
