Professors challenged students at Tama Art University in Tokyo to create a font without using computers. Mayuko Kanazawa manipulated a male friend's (bigfoot?) hair into the alphabet, both lower (left) and uppercase. Adidas has already used the font in an outdoor ad promoting a sale. She created a spec Adidas sale ad using the font. A few hirsute Boy Scouts have donated some of their beard hairs to Kanazawa. Previous Font Nerd posts here.
