Clearly, the person who shot this was blind. It's a couple feet off and it looks nothing like pearls. Amateur.
The guy who designed these posters is said to create 'the most characteristic (not my word) movie posters in Hungary'. In this case he was asked to create something 'shocking', but then the movie company refused to use it because it was too 'shocking'.
ps. In an interview he said that he barely watches movies, his posters are based on the trailers...
