(click ad, via) Ad from, what looks like late 1960s-early 1970s via the Sugar Association. Sweet Jesus, that copy is evil. "There's a useful psychological effect, too. The good natural sweetness of sugar is like a little reward that promotes a sense of satisfaction and well-being." Yes, just look at how happy Snap, Crackle and Pop are. Next, they'll be telling me that beer is a bottle of sunshine, or that cigarettes are healthy toasted diet snacks.
