The most disturbing, invasive Cinema Ad yet.

Hey, but it's for a good cause—St John Ambulance—so it's all good right? What starts as a cheery popcorn promo turns into a horror film before your film—shot in front of a real cinema audience at the Cineworld Haymarket in London’s West End. Complete with fake audience participation! Hey, if it saves just one life, yada yada yada. May hurt popcorn sales, though. St John, you may remember, produced those macabre fake dead children portrait print ads. Ad agency: BBH London.

But that's not how you deal with a choking child of that size. Slaps on the back are only supposed to be used to relieve the choking of toddlers and infants.

The first aid in this video is just as bad as the erotic first aid from those lingerie ads.

Worse yet, the child was not properly choking. She was gasping and taking breaths.

And what kind of an ass is dad? "Go get water"? *Doh?*
A real ad might have said something like: "Call St. John's Ambulance you %$#*&*!"

By the way, the reason why I felt compelled to say all that about first aid is that you are GUARANTEED to see people attempting to rescue choking people just like that, now that St. John's Ambulance has run an ad on it.

If you're going to advertise first aid, do it right, or expect people to make stupid, potentially horrible mistakes.

Also, she didn't wait the full minute to see if anyone else would help first before admitting that she could help. It's like the first thing they teach you. The rest of the audience knew what to do.

Also, that's totally not the right way that you walk into a movie screen. That part was probably faked.
