It's not just this commercial. The best commercials come out of Japan. Period. As someone once said on youtube, they seem to have mastered the art of creating memorable, fun, attention grabbing content. Most people think it's bizarre. I think it's uniquely original.
The agency is Asatsu-DK, Tokyo, which is Japan's third largest full service ad agency. It's also one of the top 10 marketing organizations in the world. It's part of WPP.
I haven't seen this new commercial. Thanks for sharing.
I've seen though this other one, which is even more hilarious. It's for the same client. I think it won some (well deserved) award in Asia.
