Vodafone playfully endorses reusing condoms.

(click ads) As part of a new "It's alright to be tight" (that's what he said) Australian campaign, Vodafone—in an apparent attempt to target young Aussie mooks—goes the sleazy route to hype their prepaid mobile plans. The toilet paper ad is actually an OK execution. But the washed rubber one is—tongue-in-cheekiness aside—just plain fucking stupid. Even clueless NYU students could tell you that. As far as American mobile phone ads go, I've liked this Emmy-nominated Cingular spot from 2007. And the T-Mobile over-caffeinated cheerleader still has a place in my black ad heart (images via).

I won't ever buy anything from anyone who doesn't know that "alright" is all wrong.

That's not an ad for Vodafone, it's a reseller on the Vodafone network. Vodafone ads are a bit classier than that (usually).
