Now in Moscow—where, like everywhere in the Northern Hemisphere, it's been as hot as Putin's virile sweaty balls—Mini erected an ad wrap with a working 100+ meter thermometer on the side of the under-construction Federation Tower which, when finished, will be Europe's tallest building.
