(click images, via homotography) To smoothly combine product shots and contrived stupidity in fashion ad layouts isn't as easy as you think. Lots of brands attempt it. But nobody does it better (or, worse, if you will) than Diesel. Please go here to view several past edgy examples. These are two shots from the Italian brand's new Fall/Winter 2010/11 denim spreads. Must be getting tough, Renzo Rosso, keeping Stupid Fresh, yes?

I was at the One Club last night talking with someone about this Stupid campaign. Does anyone understand it? Please explain.
