Actually, that would seem to be a pencil sharpener disguised as an Obama-branded bottle of toothpaste, which obviously makes it way less weird than you were implying.
Oh, yeah I guess you're right. I thought that top portion was some kind of weird cross-sell.
It's a knockoff of Darlie toothpaste, which still has the Chinese name of "Hei Ren" or Black Man. I'll give you two guesses what the original name was!
