I have nothing bad to say about the Sabres or their fans. Buffalo has always given the Habs fits; they were the one team that regularly gave Montreal (regular season) trouble during their 4-cup run in the 70s.
Ah, the 70s. It lives through my old man's lore; the French Connection etc. He did teach me about Cournoyer, though.
