Spot is for a Belgian burger. Translation, according to a Buzzfeed commenter:
"WRAAH! Watching cute babies on the internet? Oh so cute, oh so soft, how cheerful. WTF ARE YOU DOING? Instead of being a 'new man', you'd better eat a Bicky Royal! … If you're done putting on your nail polish of course. LOSER! Bicky Royal, More Bicky, More Man." Judging by the horrible effects/editing, I believe no babies were harmed in the making of this commercial. Ad agency: Unknown. Related: I hate kids.

This is totally fucked up even though it's not real. Still, it's ironic that you posted it after posting the most powerful anti-child cruelty ad, via Ogilvy, Ireland.
