You misunderstood me. This would NOT be fake if that page INDEED triggered that ad, which we have with contextual targeting (content triggers ads). And I just doubt it. In fact, I doubt such ad exists. Funny though!

Read the reddit comments: it might actually be real, done on purpose by the advertiser/website.
