The bit to the right of the elephant just says "Sakura Beer." No idea about the bottom part.

Interesting---using a beer named for the dainty sakura (cherry) tree--with cherry blossom symbol & a not so dainty beast. It's beautiful in its' way. Sadly, Japanese is beyond me... but am curious as to what it says myself.
The elephant's trunk draped around the bottle resembles a different kind of trunk, no?
