So, it ends up, the guy who runs the popular Moustair tumblr (here's the scary John Travolta) is a creative director at Euro RSCG in Düsseldorf. And, apparently, he sold his phucked up Photoshop idea to a Düsseldorf barber shop (probably for free, just so he can attempt to win some "coveted" ad awards). All hail creativity.
