Bloody Ad of the Day.

Product: Expert Whitening. Ad agency: Canvas, Cape Town. What do I think of the ad? Who gives a fuck (It sucks), it's Friday. True story: I once cut the tip of a finger off trimming comps. (It was all hands on deck for a next morning 9:00am new business pitch.) Here's five of the most bloody, gruesome ads from the last few years.

Hopefully, the person who designed this was thinking something along the lines of "My client, their product, and the target market are all bloody stupid." Otherwise, that person is also bloody stupid.

doesn't look like a rip-off to me. it's just a first idea that has probably come up thousands of times in countless agencies from juniors. what's really annoying is that not only did they produce this boring ad, but that it also got showcased in the top5 print ads on bestadsontv. I wouldn't be surprised if it would somehow win some awards as well, since nobody seems to have any judging criteria anyway.
