McDonald's promotes fatso breakfast with massive bags.

(click images, via) Attention-grabbing ambient advertising via New Zealand. This was a local promotion carried out in Auckland to entice Kiwis to cram their maws with a new massive McMuffin breakfast. Fat-ass Amurica would gladly strap on these feed bags, and then wash it down with this humongous Shamrock Shake. The bags were left in the restaurants, on benches, or carried by (ad agency) lackeys. They were probably just filled with garbage. Which is quite apropos.
